They also realize that the rules and regulations of existence in the U.S. are very different from those in Russia. POPULATION

There are 2.9 million Russian-speaking immigrants who have come to the United States over the years, and over 4 million people of Russian descent now reside in the country. This shows that Russian-speaking citizens are serious about becoming educated, and they pass this concept on to their children. WORK

Russian-speaking people in the U.S. spend much time and effort on entering professions that are in high demand. Around 70% of them are engaged in management, sales, medicine, and education positions. Many Russian-speaking people also have careers in the high tech and computer industries, and some have devoted themselves to video production, creating feature and animated movies and documentaries. Russians have developed businesses in America that are now in great demand. U.S. products outnumber Russian goods and services in America, but their quality is still of a very high level.

INCOME

Over 55% of the Russian-speaking families living in the USA have an income at or over $55,000 dollars a year. This makes this community one of the most highly paid communities in the country. Within one to three years after arriving in the country, 57% of families buy their own house. This is the result of goal setting and very hard work. Russian-speaking people not only to survive – they want to live! As consumers, they will usually become loyal to brands if they work well and are consistent over time. Brand loyalty is a great characteristic that Russian people endorse.

FAMILY

Russian Americans prioritize their families based on their place of residence, leisure time, children’s school, sports, nutrition, traveling in and outside the country. Russian language and its literature has quite a different value in the U.S. Some Russians must diligently work at, and some take classes or enhance their understanding of the English language themselves. Russian-speaking parents promote the preservation of their native language and culture to their children.
